So a paid premium customer, you know the one keeping AA out of bankruptcy, gets mowed down by a Kettle in Group 3. Even the FA that came out to help with scanning BPs (and he was almost trampled to death) was totally pissed off.
I observed a similar situation this weekend at LAX. The GA kept talking with this other girl and kept getting distracted. She'd start by making an annoucement like "This is flight......this is flight 14..........this is flight 149 with service to.....". Quite annoying. She then called for all FC pax and once they boarded she then said "All PriorityAAcess customers may now board."

She really messed up the group boarding, she called group one and two then started chatting again. By this time, everyone kind of knew she wasn't much help and just lined up on their own.

Maybe no EXPs were on the flight? But shouldn't she have split up the boarding call (exp/plat first, then the rest)?
