Finally got around to trying out Happy Valley for dim sum today. It was ok. Found the value pretty good for dim sum because the food was decent and many of the dishes having generally large portion for the prices. I wouldn't mind going back there again (would like to try dinner) but I wouldn't consider it a destination as I wouldn't bat an eye finding another place to eat if I couldn't get in here.
I was in this past Sunday. Frick it was packed and we were a bit peeved that we had to wait 15 mins for a table even with a reservation!! Got over it quickly when the food was served!
