Just FYI, I don't think any of those other locations outside of SF will satisfy your need for convenient public transportation. If you have a car, or if there is a shuttle to BART, maybe, but I know the Oakland and Berkeley locations are not walking distance to train stations. There are probably bus connections, though.
You have to be in SF, downtown OAK, or downtown Berkeley to have transit at your front door.
