I was under the impression (from the media and from CSPAN) that the opposition leader should approach American, Delta, US Scareways, et. al.

By the way (and this is a little OP) can Canada PLEASE separate the process by which the legislative branch of goverment is elected from the process by the executive branch of goverment is elected. With the presence of the PQ, it is doubtful that any party will ever receive a majority in Parliament in the future. The result is a constant threat of elections or coalitions to change control of the personnel who constitute the executive branch of government. Surely, stability has some value in a respresentative system of government.
