I was very satisfied last January with the Metropark Causeway Bay Exec Parlour room for the price.

The room was huge, had a decent view, and cost no more than a normal room at a nice HK hotel (~$200US/night).

Breakfast in the lounge is awful, definitely eat in the restaurant on the 2nd floor (either is included with an Exec Parlour room).
