Instead of adding 1K+ to the current array of GS, 1K, 1P, 2P and 3P (not to mention GM), why not consolidate the ones they already have? I'm all about recognizing loyalty, but having six different levels of recognition seems a bit excessive.

Yeah but... With the downturn there will be less flights, less seats and more 1Ks competing for the seats.....
