Why would BA remove ALL FiRST Class livery capable metal from what one would beleive to be a high revenue trans con route Toronto to Heathrow?

First is available in October and December, but for the month of November, there are NO aircraft with F seats, just OLD 767 with the OLD J-Class seat config (lie flat, but not the upgraded versions).

This seems very odd - could this be a mistake that no one has discovered yet?

Any insight would be super - I dont really want to fly AC or through a US city.
