Thanks for the reply, been looking at the options, LHR-HKG in J with Amex Companion Voucher requires 160k BA Miles, so also all my miles gone with no miles left for Little L_T, but I suppose I'll have another 20k-30k coming before the end of year.

Does anyone know the miles require for MFU to HKG?
