I would hasten to add that I never expect op-ups even if I already do a lot of travel with BA. My attitude is to grab the best that I can pay (and other people who pay for me: other people pay 60% of the time, I pay for the remainder as owner of the company)for and anything that is given on top is a bonus. In other words expect what you pay for.....no more and certaainly no less!
