Best flight/airline PEK-SHA in F? Is There Any Difference (around 5-6pm)?

I have to fly PEK-SHA in a couple of weeks. I will splurge on paid F for $252.

Is there a perceptible difference in FT terms for an American-based traveler in among the follwoing choices:

1) CA - China Airlines 1855 @ 17:30 -- B772 (2 class)
2) FM - Shanghai Airlines 5156 @ 17:30 - B772 (3 class)
3) MU - China Eastern 1745 # 17:45 - A340 (3 class)
