IMO, due to the delay in arrival, I'd push for the endorsement. At worst, they'll refund. This presumes the re-schedule does not work for you. From your post, it appears the arrival time with the cx is a non-issue, so I guess you could complain on principal. Maybe the upgrade gods will smile on you
