Not sure about lunch but for breakfast there will be variety of cereal, fruit, cold cuts and breads. Also, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt and juices/milk. Pretty much what you would find in most EL throughout the world, albeit the EL at Marble Arch is a bit smaller.
