My understanding is, Hermo kitchen is in UK, so I don't expect Hermo meals on EVA which doesn't have London route. I'd assume its one of US kosher caterer with EWR/JFK facility, or even worse the dreaded green box where modified food starch in metal package rules.

I've been served the Green Box many times even on J-class flying Asian carriers. Be prepared for the worst, at least you won't be dissapointed that way...
