3 disappointing days at the W. (W Newark, CA)

Typing this at the W newark CA. GF and I are here for the holiday weekend.
Did this several times years ago at this property, when Sun, and silicon valley, were buzzing. We wanted to camp out at the pool, watch movies,
and order room srvice: a stay-cation to recharge from our sixty hour a week lives as primary care providers.
Well its sunday am and we are drinking last nights coffee. No special circumstances on the website to let us know that room service is now limited. We remembered the wonderful Kolbe beef burgers from the last visit,
last nights tuna taco's were horrible, the stiff, week old tortia shells smelled like refrigerator, two orders and the coffee we drank this morning were 60.00! An hour after ordering the above order, it was delivered by the front desk clerk! We would have hit the mini bar, but the item list is decreased
to a few beers, and soda's.
Its 11 am sunday and the pool area is still not picked up. You name it, glass
bottles, towels strewn around, no fresh bath towels, food from the day before
rotting in the sunshine. Sticky substances that I really rather not want to guess there identity. I am afraid to go to the desk and be told the front desk clerk, room service delivery person is also the floor manager. I know it is tough times, but this feels like a place we stayed in Dresden when it was still in the DDR. We are not picky people, but if I provided this type of service in my occupation, all hell would break loose. Sorry for the formatting: big fingers on a tiny new netbook.
