Flight Points are based on distance flown on tickets purchased with the card. Flight Points become redeemable Thank You Points only when matched by points earned by spending. However, any introductory bonus points are treated the same as points earned by spending. This means that early on the Flight Points will post automatically because they are matched by bonus points, but after the bonus points are used you will need to spend to use additional Flight Points.
