I've stayed at the Metropark in Causeway Bay a couple of times in the Parlour Suites.

Good things
- Rooms are a good size
- Close to MRT (just a couple of mins walk)
- Good breakfasts in the restaurant
- Nice quiet pool area on the roof

Bad things
- Elevators are slow (they just need more of them)
- Club room isn't that special, they do make you drinks but it's not like many club rooms in HK in terms of food / drinks etc. I go downstairs for the breakfast as the range is much better.

Overall I really like the Metropark, it's worth staying there and you can usually get a good 7 night deal from the website
