I fly TA several times a year on UA in C. I have never had service this bad. The services starts with warm nut with your beverage. They always ask if we want something in addition with the meal. I am not a big drinker, but I always have to let them know I don't want more because there is a continuous refill.

On night flights, they do vanish because most of us sleep but whenever I wake up my water glass has been refilled. If I go to the lav near the galley they always ask if I need something.

The mid-flight service is sometimes spotty because the turkey sandwich is cold some will offer to heat it, others you have to ask. I have NEVER had a FA sit down and watch the movie.

The bread is always warm.
