Be sure you carry-on essentials.... I used to fly RJ frequently for work and their baggage delay rate for me was over 50% of flights. There are several sites on the internet with some fairly concerning stories about their service. Of course, you can find those about most any airline, but my experience, and the number of issues cited on the internet, are cause for some concern.

On the positive side, their combo business/first product is very nice.
