The other two are AF reservation center and KL reservation center. The AF number is very good as I seldom wait. This is the number you want to call for anything related to a flight or booking; even changing seats on an award ONCE it is booked, but not changing flights on an award as this must be done through FB. I allaways found the people answering at the AF Elite+ hotline to be very polite and (90%) helpful. Very different staff from the FB folks who are often incompetent (meaning not enough training) and sometimes plain rude. I hope this is helpful.

I honestly thought it was the same call center where agents took whatever calls came in regardless if it concerned FB or AFKL matters.

Having a newly acquired friend looking into the matter for me so my luck may have turned for better seats in Y than row 36 (in the middle of nowhere)
