It links to the normal 2010 Program page, which shows a $100 discount for GM, just as the chart show a $50 discount for FO.
Historically, NW Golds with Asian addresses have gotten WorldClub memberships. It's unclear if DL is deciding to keep the practice.
Keep in mind that many mid-tier levels in Asia give lounge access when on that carrier - DL only does that at Plat. Giving them WC membership brings the program in line more with the Asian competition. Keep in mind that many of these people (especially the intra-Asia folks) aren't getting any free upgrades at all.
