I just looked again on their website and still cannot book tickets. Service has been unavailable since their last Notice to passengers about being grounded, whichs dates back to July 6.
Here is the notice to passengers link (although in spanish). It also states that in order to help out already booked passengers, you can use AM or MX (for a fee).

Belated thanks for that advice - only just saw it and had already decided to book fresh Mexicana tickets from scratch. Now I'm wondering how to claim a refund for my unused tickets booked directly with aviacsa and not flown on sept 2nd.Because of the continuing grounding... Has anybody tried?
