Aircraft got swapped from a 767 to a 777, so....
I will be traveling with a small cat in a soft-sided carrier (domestic config ex-Hawai`i). I need to have a seat in front of me that doesn't have a huge power-pack. I prefer the center section, E/F; do any of these seats not have the power-packs underneath the seat in front of them? If not, what aisle seat would you recommend that has pod-less under-seat space in front of me?

If I'm in 6 E/F, I wonder what the chances would be that the Purser/FA would let me put the cat under MY seat?

Advice?
