Yes, but then so is Chicken Tikka Masala as well.
I like spicy, but I'm not a huge fan of chilli heat. I hate that some people seem to think that spicy only means hot. For me, a mild curry, but one with deep, subtle and complex spices is much tastier than one in which any attempt at subtlety is destroyed by huge amounts of chilli, which means that the dish will never be balanced. I did read though that women are better at tasting subtle spicing, so it could be why it's (generally) men who go for super hot curries, leaving tastier versions to the women
And while travelling, I'll usually try and avoid anything stronger than mild. Indigestion can be a problem, so I avoid spicy and try and limit how much acidic/fizzy stuff I have (the latter can be a problem as virtually everything you are offered to drink on a plane is either acidic or fizzy
