Try and beat this one:

I made a booking online on Airfrance.ie with my correct FB number, but when I printed out the BP at DUB (through an AF kiosk) a different persons FB number was printed.

When I then didn't get my flight accrued, I contacted FB and was told that the miles had been credited in someone else name and that was that, and that they (i.e. FB) couldn't do anything about it.

2 weeks later they showed up on my account

PS. Still warming up to the dreaded FB call... Not looking forward to it at all! Any last tips?
