Hi Cupart,

I've heard it said that (sometimes) the AF/KL booking management systems only recognize your FB status as it was at the time of booking. Maybe you should delete your FB number (and that for Mrs Cuparte), let the system 'reset' itself, and then go back and put in your FB number(s) again. Then you might be recognized for the Elite(+)s that you truly are. (Or maybe you'll both lose everything! )
