Hi,
No, I have not taken any pictures, and the whole situation would not bother me too much, if they delivered a good service in the first place. What really annoyed me is that they had so few passengers, so nothing should stop them from treating passengers nicely.
I had a very similar experience with the very rushed service and cold buns a couple of months back on the PHL-ATH route, both ways. The cabin was really sorry looking and I won't describe the lav.
FAs went through the service really quick then disappeared for a long time. Couldn't see where they went or what they were doing so I don't know if they were watching movies or not.
I eat pretty slowly while watching movies on the plane but it definitely less than 60 minutes from arrival of silverware to me putting the napkin away. Nobody appears for the next 40-60 minutes so I sat there with my tray out and full of stuff. An FA finally walked by as the movie was almost over. She just walked right past me and I had to call out to her to clear my area.
I didn't even consider contacting customer service as I didn't think it was a big deal and, for better or worse, I wasn't expecting much flying US Envoy. If this was C on BR, OZ or SQ I would've been shocked and their customer service department would've heard from me soon as I landed. Guess I have double standards when it comes to expectations.
