I also had the same experience with me and my family flying on AA earlier this year. I have flown AA for nearly 4 years, and each time they would always post within 14 days. But this time, it never posted, and I actually threw away the boarding passes. Emailed both CX and AA but to no avail. Has everyone tried to go to the Asia Miles desk in the airport to file missing miles request? I don't really trust the mail.
Also, what if I lost the e-ticket receipt and only have the original boarding passes for an AY flight. Will that be okay to submit missing mileage request?
