I had this happen a few months back. The DD stuck to the rules and only gave me credit for one stay. That is the official rule which is stated in their T&C's.

However, You should make a call to the Diamond Desk and plead your case. See if they will give you the status. If the first agent does not come through, hangup and call back and speak to someone else.
