Stayed at the Hilton NYC ~10 months ago and and it was ok. I am going to try it again this weekend - hoping I have better luck than some of the other folks on this thread.

I didn't see any lines for the lounge last stay. It was crowded but not really a zoo. (Maybe I'll just post an update from the line if there is one )

Reread some posts again - what did I get myself into???

I hate dealing with the Diamond Desk..... (no whammy big bucks big bucks.... come on, no problems with my stay)
