What's the difference between "Business Premier" and "Business Class"
I notice that Business to KIX (and nowhere else in Asia as far as I can see) on NZ is referred to as "Business Class" whilst everywhere else (NRT,PVG,PEK,HKG) gets "Business Premier". Is there a reason for this and if so is it reflected in different standards?
