I am spending a few days in Hanoi during December and have just booked a one way flight HAN/BKK in December 2009 with Air Asia.
The price was US$50, but a return fare originating from BKK was quoted as $122.
I have ended up booking two one way flights, outbound business with Thai and inbound with Air Asia. It certainly pays to play around and cherry pick the best offers.
It will be my first flight with Air Asia and being 2M tall I have paid $7 for seat 1A. I hope that it turns out to be a good choice, some posts suggest that row 14 is better....... I will soon find out.
