FWIW, I seem to have more delays in NYC (LGA and EWR mainly) on any airline than anywhere else. I'm not sure that you can blame that one on CO or that it would be any better on US.

Good luck with Delta. I suspect they'll make CO and US both look good. I got comped Gold status and upgrades are tough to score (even off peak). Award availability is the worst in the industry.
