I was considering other popular properties like La Bastide de Moustiers, L' Oustau de Baumaniere, etc. The thing is all those popular places are booked or have very limited availability.
When are your travel dates? Are they far out enough that cancellations are likely? I've stayed at the two above and would highly recomment L'Oustau if you can get in. In any event, go for dinner.
