A quick comment/question:

Are they allowed to cut in line at the checkpoints? Its a bit irritating that they will do so and stand in front of you without even a small "...may I" or "thanks".

Its even more irritating when they are clearly off-duty and on vacation with their family and are allowed to use the employee lines, alongwith cutting in line - just by showing their badge.

is this SOP?
