Many thanks for the replies. I wonder why its called the F lounge then and not the Gold lounge? I assume its to make BA First seem even more exclusive at LHR, and also to keep Another Airline passengers seperate?

I will probably stick my head in and check out the champagne bar, is it the same offerings as the CCR?
