Since the OP is AA EXP (OW E), the CX lounge may offer showers (just my speculation - no evidence). Not sure if they will admit if no onward travel though.

I assume that since they have 4 flights per day to HKG (and more elsewhere), their lounge may be continuously open from quite early to reasonably late.
