Have never been in the CCR but have been in various F lounges around the world. I like the T5 F Lounge. I like the fact that there are people in it. It has a degree of bustle without feeling busy or noisy. There are places to get real peace but never to feel isolated or bored. I love the variety of people - people going to so many different placesaround the world. People of so many different races, wearing different clothes, travelling for different reasons. And the F Lounge has enough zones to provide variety. I much prefer serving myself food and drink than being waited on - it feels less as though someone is keeping count or constantly trying to force more food or drink on me. I can get what I want, when I want. The F Lounge is light, bright and airy. It has tarmac views (although the Galleries at the other end (North?) has even better tarmac views).

The food in the F Lounge is fnctional - but I don't see the point in eating much in a lounge if I'm going to be filled to the gills in the plane. I did eat in the FCT in FRA and appreciated the food, but only because of an unplanned 10 hour delay. Had I expected to spend that long at the airport I'd have worn suitable clothes to go out and visit the town instead. And I suspect I'd have enjoyed a good pub meal much more.

As I say, I've never been in the CCR and would obviously pop in to have a look if I were travelling in F. But meanwhile I don't feel like I'm missing much.
