Everything I've priced at HKG Duty Free has been at least 20-30% more expensive than the same item in town - not surprisingly since there is no duty on wine in HK - and even on items with duty it is generally no cheaper in the duty free.
Are you sure it wouldn't be a better deal to get the Bordeaux duty-paid before you set out and put it in checked luggage?
