We are planning to go to Hua Hin when we take a trip to Thailand. I have points I can use to stay at either the Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt. I did a search and it appears that as HH Gold, I may get upgraded at the Hilton but there are some criticisms about the beach being dirty there. The Marriott and Hyatt are supposed to have nicer beaches. I can use Hyatt points to guarantee a suite, but the Hyatt is not walking distance to town as is the Hilton or Marriott. I'm not sure if I could get upgraded at the Marriott, as I am only Silver. Any comments from those who have stayed at the Hilton, especially if you have also stayed at either the Marriott or Hyatt to give a comparison?
