I was due to fly BNE->SYD->LAX on 27 July. They called me up when I wasn't home and said they would call back (they didn't), and when I chased them they asked me if I wanted to change to the direct BNE->LAX flight on the same day which I thought was nice of them.

I had a wonderful experience on V Australia (which I will detail elsewhere) but they seem to have issues with returning phone calls...?
