I'll give it a big thumbs up^ I've been using it the last couple of weeks for a half dozen or so bookings. I've always pre-paid and never had any hassles. The prices I've been finding are so terrific I've nearly abandoned my old 3-tatami room habit. One negative I've run across is sort-of a bait-and-switch: The search results may show a 5,000 Yen room, but when booking the room will be 5,000 Yen first night; 6,000 yen second night; 7,000 yen third night and so on. Keep your eyes open and enjoy.
