You will be able to enter you origination city and your target destination zone (Asia, Caribbean, Africa, Australia, etc). I found routing between TPA and SFO which came in at under 3.3 CPM using a combination of Farecompare and ITA Software.

If you are looking for destinations in particular, you can get to SIN for a weekend for under 5 CPM. Which is still decent...
