When I have been wronged by a TSAer, I try to get the name off their nameplate. When they know what I'm looking for, they run away. I go to the supervisor, they refuse "to interfere with their job" (one supervisor's reasoning) and deny my request for their name.
When TSAers are caught stealing or conducting other malfeasance, the TSA is quick to cite "for their privacy."
The TSA can't have it both ways. Like goalie said, I'm glad the person was resuscitated, but the continued, shameful and hypocrisy in the self-promotion the TSA regularly conducts is enough to put one into a hospital.
