This whole 'QuickRes' phenomenon really does make sense to me w/regard to RJ awards. I needed 4 coach OW award seats on RJ from FCO-AMM-BEY-AMM-ALP-AMM-TLV around Easter 2009 and the first three AAgents I called could find basically nothing. Then on the fourth try, all seats were found, no problem, and this was only a week or two after the other calls. So I didn't know it at the time, but clearly that fourth agent knew to check this mysterious QuickRes system for RJ awards. Thank you!!
