Thanks for the info. Wasn't on the left side of the page for me...but there was a "need help?" link in the top right corner of the Billing section. Perhaps the difference is due to the variances in the two websites (old and new versions?) Anyway when you click "need help" you get a few options, one of which is for live chat. So I select that option, entered my name, email address and dividend miles #, and a brief description and clicked on begin chat. Really thought I was making progress until...

I continue to be entirely unimpressed with US. Any other web chat request I've ever initiated would at worst put me in a queue to wait for the next available agent. I've since tried several more times to get to the live chat but continue to get the same message. This is bush league.
