Is the 90 day seat feature rolled out to European flights?

I booked a series of flights at the airport recently, issued by Air France for both AF and KLM metal but I don't have the option to select seats online on both websites.

Is this correct, is there a restriction of some kind? Flights are certainly in less than 90 days.
