TSA does not practice "counter terrorism" but "anti-terrorism". There is a significant difference, and for your suggestions to be taken seriously you need to use the proper terms, as WWNF said.
The first suggestion has some actual merit. Write it in non-offensive terms and it may get some consideration. The second suggestion wont be given more than the lightest cursory review, then tossed. TSA does not make that list, you would need to address concerns with it to the proper agency. Also, lists of this type are very common. Considerable effort has been given to lists of this type and they are a common law enforcement tool.
