I called KLM this morning and I was told not to worry about the fact that I did not have a seat reserved next to my boyfriend. It seems that we can change them at the check-in. If it doesn't work I just have to live with it, I'm a big girl (39).

I did not think about the fact that the plane can go faster if it's late and still arrive on time. It's so obvious. Thank you Avatrix !
