I signed up for the AMEX Delta Plat card at the end of July under the "5000 MQM to start, and an additional 10000 MQM after spending $1000 in the first 3 months" promotion. On my first statement ending 8/14, I received my first 5000 MQM but had only spent about $700. I spent an additional $600 or so in the next week, and they actually posted the additional 10K MQM on 8/24, a full 3 weeks BEFORE my next statement date.
