My wife is flying with our kids back from Atlanta. The Sky Cap told her that Delta now charges $5 for the plastic bags that fit over the car seats.

Please someone tell me this isn't true. Has Delta gotten so low that they charge for these bags in Atlanta (They were not charged in MSP). Or is the Skycap just unaware.
